There could be many reasons for why you are looking for therapy. Therapy can help to alleviate distress in our lives, allowing us to live with a greater sense of spaciousness and authenticity. We can experience many difficult sensations, whether physical or mental, and learning to relate to these experiences in a new way can open up the possibility of living with greater ease and authenticity.
My practice blends elements of Gestalt therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as meditative approaches. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your body, your thoughts, and your relationships. My approach is trauma informed and grounded in connecting safely with your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
At the heart of our work is the relationship between us. I offer a space where you can show up fully — not to be fixed or changed, but to be deeply met.
